Monday 12 May- Brew Tour Night- See how our ales are crafted, including a rare glimpse of open, active fermentation . Tour the brew house at Aracadia Brewing Co. with Bryan Wiggs, Arcadia's Head Brewer. Tours run from 5-5.45, 5.45-6.30, 6.30-7.15, 7.15-8pm. Tour participants receive $3.00 pints during their visit and special pricing on cases of arcadia ales.
Tuesday 13 May- Ask A Brewer Night- Have a question about beer or brewing? We've got the answer. Bryan Wiggs, Head Brewer, and Josh Davies, Assistant Head Brewer, will be guest bartenders from 5-8pm at TC's, to answer any questions you may have about where great ales come from. Do your homework and try to stump 'em. We will be serving two distinct dry-hopped cask conditioned ales during the evening.
Wednesday 14 May- Pale Ale Vertical Tasting- Enjoy a night of great ales and discussion of the most British of beers- pale ales. Participants will be treated to a tasting, hosted by Head Brewer Bryan Wiggs, of Arcadia Angler's Ale, Arcadia India Pale Ale, Hopmouth Double IPA and Hop Rocket Imperial IPA. Tickets for the event are $12 per person and include four ale vertical tasting and one arcadia ales pint glass. Space is limited and tickets are going fast! Thursday 15 May- Vintage Imperial Stout Vertical Tasting- Take advantage of this rare opportunity to sample three years of vintage Imperial Stouts from the brewer's library. Head Brewer Bryan Wiggs will host an evening of vintage ales and discussion of our 2005, 2006 and 2007 Arcadia Imperial Stouts. Tickets for the event are $20 per person and strictly limited. The first will be held on February 22nd, at 6:30 PM at the McCamly Plaza Hotel.
The second will be the next night, Saturday 23rd, at 6:00 PM at the Holiday Inn.
